Holidays (10)

  • New Years Day, Day after New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day


Vacation Days

  • Year 1 - 4              Two weeks
  • Year 5 - 9              Three weeks
  • Year 10 +              Four weeks

Sick Pay

  • 40 hours per year

401(k) Plan

  • New-Hires eligible after six months of service
  • Maximum contributions for 2009:  $16,500 (additional $5,500 if age 50 or older)

Healthcare Insurance

  • Eligibility:  First day of the month following 30 days from date-of-hire
  • Major medical offered through HealthNet, with choice of PPOs and HMOs options
  • Insurance Premium Contributions:
    • Employee only                  $50
    • Employee plus Spouse      $100
    • Employee plus Family       $150
  • Dental offered through Principal Dental – fully paid by employer
  • Vision coverage offered through VSP – fully paid by employer
