Union Square Garage

Method of Operations:
Self Park (24 hours per day, 7 days per week)

Responsibilities:
Management support services to the Corporate Manager and Uptown Board of Directors. Oversee all hiring, firing, scheduling and training. Implement all operational procedures and systems. Full financial reporting from day-to-day costing to budgeting and monthly reports. Vendor coordination and recommendations. The Union Square operation also includes significant valet parking as provided to the Sir Francis Drake, Triton, and Hyatt Hotels.

Primary Users:
Large scale commercial and retail establishments (Macys, Borders, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, etc.). Also serves hotel clientele including Grand Hyatt, Sir Francis Drake and Crowne Plaza. The theater district is also served including ACT, Jazz clubs and Blues music venues.
